Menopause Cafe 

As often as possible we hold a free Menopause Cafe in Strathaven, this is hosted by Lisa, Lyndsay and Becky and is an informal get together which allows everyone the opportunity to tell their story and hopefully gain some insight/tips etc for getting through this stage of life.
